Your schedule

Every due date is fixed at signing

Your agreement lists each payment date and amount for the whole term — usually aligned to your pay frequency. Nothing moves unless you ask for it to.

The amount is the same every time. What changes is the split: early payments are mostly interest, later ones mostly principal. Extra payments go straight to principal, which is why they cut the total cost.

Ways to pay

How payments are collected

Automatic debit

Set up at signing from the checking account you applied with. The payment is taken on each due date — nothing to remember.

Most borrowers
One-time & extra payments

Make an additional payment or pay early through your online account. Extra amounts reduce principal immediately.

Changes & arrangements

Bank account changed, or a due date you can't make? Email [email protected] before the date — adjusted arrangements may be available.

If a payment is missed

What happens, step by step

Due date

Automatic debit runs. If it clears, nothing else happens and the payment is reported as on time.

Day 0

Grace period

If the debit fails or you skip it, you have 10–15 days (by state) to make the payment with no late fee. This is the window to contact support.

Days 1–10/15

Late fee applies

$15 in bank-partner states; typically $15 or 5% of the unpaid payment (capped in some states) in direct-lending states. A returned debit may also carry a returned-payment fee.

After grace period

Credit reporting

A payment 30+ days late can be reported to the bureaus. Bringing the account current stops further damage; a history of on-time payments afterwards helps rebuild.

Paying off early is the single biggest saving

There's no prepayment penalty. Interest accrues over time, so every month you cut from the term removes that month's interest. Move the slider to see it.

Every on-time payment is reported

Integra Credit reports to the major credit bureaus. Repeat borrowers often describe score gains over a year of on-time payments — the flip side is that late payments are reported too.

Common questions

Payments — FAQ

How do I make a payment to Integra Credit?

Most borrowers set up automatic electronic debit from the checking account used at application, so each payment is taken on its due date. You can also make one-time or extra payments through your online account. Your agreement lists the exact dates and amounts.

When is my payment due?

Your due dates are set at signing and printed on your payment schedule — typically aligned with your pay frequency. The schedule is shown on screen before you e-sign and again in your account.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Each state sets a grace period of 10–15 days. If the payment isn't made by then, a late fee applies ($15 in bank-partner states; typically $15 or 5% of the payment elsewhere). Missed payments can be reported to the credit bureaus, so contact support before the due date if you expect a problem — adjusted arrangements may be available.

Can I pay off my Integra Credit loan early?

Yes, at any time, with no prepayment penalty. Because interest accrues over time, paying off early reduces the total interest. Request a payoff amount through your account or by emailing [email protected]; it is good through a stated date.

What if my bank account changes?

Update your account in the online portal or with support before your next due date. A returned debit can trigger a returned-payment fee and a missed-payment record — most autopay complaints trace back to an account change that wasn't updated in time.

Does Integra Credit report payments to the credit bureaus?

Yes. Payment history is reported to the major bureaus, so on-time payments can help build your credit over the life of the loan — and late payments can hurt it.
